The event begins! As a camp, we kick things off with orientation at 5 p.m.. We will go through the different areas of camp, review safety topics and rules, and get to know each other. You can arrive at camp any time after 12:01 p.m. on 8/30, but make sure you are present for orientation. When you arrive, make sure you find a lead so you can be shown where to set up your tent!

A camper’s responsibilities are not complete until teardown is done! We aim to wrap up teardown around midday on Monday after Temple Burn (on 9/7), but sometimes there may be weather delays. We ask that everyone be prepared to stay through 9/8, but if teardown finishes early you are welcome to leave afterwards. At 5 a.m. on 9/8 we caravan out. No one is permitted to stay at our site once our camp leads (Frosty and Lizadilla) leave playa.
