Burner Express Tickets On Sale
The Burner Express is one of the best ways to get to playa if you are flying in. You can purchase tickets departing from either SF or Reno. Each ticket is one way only so you must buy round trip tickets or find another way there or back. Some of the buses can accommodate bikes and some also make grocery store stops.

Truck Pack
Truck Pack is MANDATORY for those based in the Seattle Area, even if you are not putting personal items on the truck. In addition to packing the truck, we will be doing important cleaning and packing of critical communal camp infrastructure. This goes much faster when we work together as a team!
Truck Pack will be held at Liz and Frosty’s house in Renton, WA and lunch (typically pizza) will be provided. Come help out and spend some bonding time with your campmates!
Burning Man 2026
The event begins! As a camp, we kick things off with a welcome orientation at 4pm. We will go through the different areas of camp, go over safety rules, and get to know each other. You of course can arrive at camp starting at 12:01am on 8/30, but do make sure you are present for our orientation in the evening. When you arrive, make sure you find a lead so you can be shown where your tent must be set up.
The event is over for us as a camp when teardown is complete. We aim to be done with teardown midday on Monday after the Temple Burn (9/7), but sometimes there is some packing to do afterwards. We ask that everyone is prepared to stay through 9/8, but if teardown goes quickly and finishes early, you are welcome to leave once it is completed. Early in the morning on 9/8, we caravan out as a camp around 5am. No one is permitted to stay at our site once our camp leads Frosty and Lizadilla leave playa.
Truck Unpack
Truck Unpack is MANDATORY for those based in the Seattle Area, even if you did not put personal items on the truck. In addition to packing the truck, we will be doing important cleaning and organizing of critical communal camp infrastructure. This goes much faster when we work together as a team!
If you had personal items on the truck, you must come pick it up at this time- and be prepared to help unload communal camp items as well. Liz and Frosty have limited space and do not want to store your stuff until you decide you want to get it, so be timely and ready to help.
June Meeting
In this call, we introduced new faces to camp, went over important logistic information, dates, and surveys.

February Meeting
In our kick off meeting, we went over important dates, ticket sale information, and committee updates.
Burning Man 2025
The event begins! As a camp, we kick things off with a welcome orientation at 5pm. We will go through the different areas of camp, go over safety rules, and get to know each other. You of course can arrive at camp starting at 12:01am on 8/24, but do make sure you are present for our orientation in the evening. When you arrive, make sure you find a lead so you can be shown where your tent must be set up.
The event is over for us as a camp when teardown is complete. We aim to be done with teardown before the Temple Burn on 8/31, but sometimes there is some packing to do afterwards. We ask that everyone is prepared to stay through 9/1, but if teardown goes quickly and finishes early, you are welcome to leave once it is completed. Early in the morning on 9/1, we caravan out as a camp around 5am. No one is permitted to stay at our site once our camp leads Frosty and Lizadilla leave playa.
Early Arrival/Build
Our early arrival crew arrives during this time window to build our camp. You MUST have a Set Up Access Pass (SAP) to enter the event during this period. If you are interested in early arrival, please reach out to our camp leads, so we can arrange getting you a SAP.
This time period is for building, not for partying (though there is lots of time for in-camp bonding), so if you are interested in coming early, be prepared to work!
No prior building experience is necessary, but it may be useful.
